Q: How will the goods be delivered to me?
A: Aquatic Creations Online reserves the right to ship goods via the most efficient means possible. Generally we use Australia Post or Fast-way Couriers. Should you wish to use someone else or have special delivery instructions, please contact us.
Q: I’ve seen one of your products advertised cheaper elsewhere, why?
A: Aquatic Creations Online is not a backyard disposals outlet. We are the online department of a genuine aquarium store which has been in business for nearly ten years. We are open seven days a week and are happy to help with after sales service and support. We also maintain and sell the livestock, without which the hobby would soon die.
Q: Can I insure my purchases against damage in transit?
A: If you wish to purchase insurance, please contact us.
Q: What do I do if the product is faulty?
A: If you receive a faulty product, return it to us and we will replace it, (standard warranty conditions apply).
